Systems developer / Tech lead position

Develop the next generation of digital therapeutics at ScientificMed in Stockholm and take part in shaping the future of cancer treatments.

About ScientificMed

ScientificMed is a Swedish digital health and medtech company that has embarked on a very exciting journey where we will radically improve how cancer treatments are delivered from the healthcare teams to their patients. A major goal is to improve treatment outcomes and the lives of cancer patients by providing innovative digital products and services.

We have developed a digital therapeutics platform adapted for specific diseases and treatments. We are now looking for a new team member to join us in the next phase of our journey.

Overall responsibilities and role description

As a central part of the development team you will:

  • Work as Tech lead / Systems developer / Systems architect

  • Be responsible for the overall systems architecture

  • Be responsible for data modelling as well as database and API design

  • Be responsible for the development of the back end of the system

  • Be responsible for the development of android apps

  • Take part in the front end development and

  • Work in tight cooperation with front developer, product manager, regulatory manager and product specialists

Requirements and skills

Required

  • Deep interest in software systems design

  • Experience with cloud based development

  • Java

  • Spring Boot

  • SQL

  • Good communication skills

  • High proficiency in Swedish and English

Valuable

  • React

  • Redis

  • Rabbit MQ

  • Android development

  • Experience from digital services including digital health, life science sector, or medical devices
